Just for gigs]
喜欢对房子修修补补,因为他们天生动手能力就很强;
与地球人不一样,他们不喜欢手拿电视遥控器,频繁更换频道。他们总是耐心汲取每一个电视节目的信息;
做爱之后,他们喜欢与另一半沟通个不停,因为他们想更多地了解地球人对**的看法;
对体育赛事入迷。看体育节目时,异常安静,而且无需就有关体育问题请教身边的丈夫;
做家务的方式特别,而且不愿男人插手家务,她们认为男人主动帮助做家务是对她们的侮辱;
为保持适中身材和非凡魅力,她们每天坚持体育运动,并十分注意合理饮食;

Jimmy Besancon, at the age of about 10, said to the 18-year-old me, "oh Xinli, you're so gullible."
I don't think the comment stuck in my head for more than 10 minutes. But it may just be one of the most shrewd and significant observations ever made about me from anyone; let alone from any 10 year old boy. It's been years, and finally one moment, I was suddenly struck by the truth of it.
I must have been gulled tens and hudreds of times since then, and luckily, most of the time inconsequentially. But I'm really impressed with Jimmy.
Merry Christmas Jimmy!

my (currently) favorite joke - [Just for gigs]
Here it goes:
A grasshopper walks into a bar. The bartender says, "Hey! You're quite a celebrity around here! We've even got a drink named after you." The grasshopper goes, "You have a drink named Steve?"
